In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, the festival highlights the strong link between overall wellness and emotional well-being. Hosted by Care About Me (CAM), a free resource exclusively for Pinellas County residents, the program encourages residents to end the stigma around mental health by making support accessible and approachable. CAM connects participants with a specialist and can book your first appointment, helping residents take the first step toward mental wellness.

Breaking the Silence Around Mental Health

MENTAL HEALTH PANEL: As part of the Care About Me Community Wellness Festival, this panel will focus on mental health as a key part of community wellness, addressing stigma, access to care, and support. The discussion will feature Pinellas County residents, community leaders, individuals with lived experience, CAM specialists, providers, and experts who will share insights and resources for the community.
